We do not offer any return & refunds on any products once the order has been confirmed and dispatched.

All sales are final unless the product received is damaged or defective upon arrival.

📦 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or significantly different from what you ordered:

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Send an unboxing video and clear images of the damaged product to our support team via WhatsApp or email.

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement of the same product or an equivalent item.

Replacement/Exchanged items should be delivered within 7 days
